Stay-at-home mom of three who mixes Insanity with running. Love running 5k's but my dream is a 13.1.
I have been involved in being physically fit since 1995 doing various forms of programs from: walking, biking, aerobics, step-aerobics, and weight training. To my current programs of Insanity and running.
I prefer the mix of Insanity and running because Insanity uses my own body weight versus lifting weights, I bulk up really fast and with running that is not a good combination. Running is added in the mix because I have never felt so good after a work-out. You truly do get 'the runner's high'.
So that is alittle about me and my obsessions ~ Insanity & Running.
