How long will it take for my order to be complete?
We can complete your order in 3 to 5 business days, after which you will receive an email from us with all the pertintent information about your new profiles.
All signups are done by hand?
Yes. Due to the Terms of Service of most social networking sites the process cannot be automated; in addition, our highly trained staff ensures your profiles will be error-free. Our staff is located in our New Jersey offices, and is under strict NDA to ensure your data is safe and protected. We never outsource any of your senstive data (or passwords) to any third party or offshore labor.
I forgot the password I gave you to sign up with can you resend it to me?
No, for security reasons we do not keep your password on file unless you have opted for our subscription service. However, we can assist you in recovering your password by showing you how to visit the sites and use your email address to request that a new password be sent to you.
So you have my password for all of these sites?
No, we don't keep that data unless you are a member of our subscription service.

Absolutely. If you don't want us to choose the 100, 150 or 300 most popular social networking sites for you, simply complete our
feedback form and let us know which ones you are interested in.
How will I know when my enterprise or business order is complete?
You will be emailed a login and password to a KnowEm account that has been created for you. This account will have links set up to all profiles completed by the KnowEm team.
What is the password I will use to get into the sites?
It is a randomly generated password that you will receive when your account setup is complete.
