General Questions
How long will it take for my order to be complete?
We currently work on a 3 – 5 business day turn around. We do not violate any of the TOS of the sites so all of our signups are done onshore and by actual people. Nothing is automated in our process.
All signups are done by hand?
Yes, we have a great team that we employee in the wonderful state of New Jersey. We do not offshore or outsource any of the work. Our entire team is located here in the garden state. All of our team members are under NDA and have gone through our screening process to make sure that your signups are safe.
I forgot the password I gave you to sign up with can you resend it to me?
Nope! Sorry about that, but we don't keep any of your data and have a strict policy of not visiting the database of our subscription members. Our best advice to you is to go to a site that you have been signed up for and request a password reset. You should be able to easily get a new password generated for you.
So you have my password for all of these sites?
No, we don't keep that data unless you are a member of our subscription service.
Are you sure you don't have my password?
No, we don't have it and we don't want it.
I have signed up two accounts for your personal service & I noticed that each name was signed up for different sites, what gives?
We signup accounts for the most popular sites that week – we have built a system of metrics to track what are the popular social media sites at the time and that is what we sign your name up for. These sites change weekly so no two signups are ever the same.
What are the Metrics do you use?
It’s a combination of things, little bit of compete rank tossed along with some alexa data and then we top it off with some links and indexed pages.
Business / Enterprise Orders
How will I know when my enterprise or business order is complete?
You will be emailed a login and a password to a KnowEm account that has been created for you. This account will have links setup to all profiles that the KnowEm team did.
What is the password I will use to get into the sites?
It is a randomly generated password that you will receive when your account setup is complete.
Individual Plans
How will I know my order is complete?
You will receive 150 emails and notices from the sites confirming you signup.
To the email that I provide?
Yes, that is why we strongly suggest using a disposable email that way you do not get friend updates, requests and other sorts of notifications from the social sites.
I already have my username signed up at 6 of the sites - what do you do then?
We will use your alternate (if you provided one) or simply sign you up for 6 other sites.
I am interested in reselling this service to my clients, do you offer a white label solution?
