Joined the team at Junction Ventures September 2009, to become the Director of Operations at 309 at the Junction, in Peoria, Illinois which is a new dining concept featuring Contemporary American small plate menu items with a full wine program focusing on boutique wines, creating a beverage program with the assistance of two Master Mixologists and a service plan with carefree hospitality.

We will be opening in March of 2010 and are looking forward to creating a new buzz in the community.
The local ownership and investor group are excited and pleased to create this concept for Peoria.
