Hi, my name is Scott Ko and I’m a Mortgage Broker. My job is to help you to save money when you take out a mortgage, refinance or renew an existing one.

I’ve lived in metro Vancouver all my life. It’s where I’ve been a business professional for 30 years. When my wife and I bought a home a few years ago, we did what most people do: went to our bank and got a mortgage at the rate and on the terms they dictated. Later, we learned if we’d gotten our mortgage through a mortgage broker, we could probably have saved ourselves a considerable amount of money.

As a mortgage broker, I can offer you over 300 products from more than 40 lending institutions. You can probably imagine how long it would take you to do the research on that many options. I have it at my fingertips.
