Our mission is to improve individual and organisational efficiency, effectiveness and mental wellness. Our core training service " the Mindfulness Based Performance and Resilience (MBPR) programme is delivered as single 1 or 2 day training sessions, or as a longer series of shorter meetings. Typically delivered in workplaces, it is for anybody who is looking to practically embed mindfulness into their lives to improve their performance and resilience and be more focused, happier, healthier and less distracted. We deliver a range of other training and presentations on mindfulness, resilience, fortitude, stress management, emotional intelligence and mnemonics.
