ABOUTAs the managing partner of CMS, Mr. Decker is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company. Prior to co-founding CMS, Mr. Decker served as the VP of Sales for a large agent office of 1st National Processing, a registered ISO/MSP of Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Decker helped grow the company from two local sales offices to 11 offices across seven states that included nearly 50 outside sales agents and over 40 inside sales agents. Under his leadership, the agent office consistently generated 800 to 1,000 new merchant accounts per month.
