ABOUTMcCreary Homes, Inc. founded in 1987 and incorporated in 1988, have established a reputation for home building excellence in the Tucson area. They have been a “Certified Custom Builder” with the Southern Arizona Homebuilders Association since the programs inception.
Prior to the creation of McCreary Homes, owner LJ McCreary graduated from the University of Arizona in 1979 and worked with a friend in Indiana building homes and remodeling. In 1984 LJ participated in a mixed use development project in Texas with the intention of heading back out to Tucson when the project finished.
After 19 years building custom homes, McCreary’s current business model is to have 3 to 4 custom luxury homes under construction at one given time.
