As I become more facile with Web 2.0 and social media, the more excited I become, as the unprecedented level of customer empowerment is something I have been waiting to see for years, both as a marketer and as a customer! Ideally, I am:
* The social media presence for a large company keenly aware of the value of open communication with its customers, stakeholders, analysts, partners and vendors
* Traveling to any and all opportunities to meet and get to know members of the company's communities (the social part of social media)
* Identifying unrecognized communities of influence, initiating conversations with them, and expanding those over time
